A vibrant, fruit-forward white wine made from a mix of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Grüner Veltliner, Albariño, and Viognier. It features aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, and citrus blossom, with flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and honeydew melon. Medium-bodied with bright acidity and a subtle creamy finish. Sustainably produced along California’s Central Coast.

The 2023 Honig Vineyard & Winery Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, refreshing white wine made from 98% Sauvignon Blanc with small amounts of Semillon and Muscat. It features aromas of honeysuckle and citrus, with flavors of peach, grapefruit, and lemon curd. Crisp acidity and a clean finish make it perfect for warm-weather sipping. Sustainably produced in Napa Valley.

Meiomi Pinot Noir is a full-bodied California red wine leaning into a rich, highly approachable flavor profile. Unlike traditional Pinot Noirs, which tend to be light and earthy, Meiomi delivers an intense burst of sweet, jammy dark fruits like cherry and blackberry, seamlessly layered with heavy notes of chocolate, mocha, and vanilla oak. Passimento Rosso is a rich Italian red wine blend. Commonly made from a blend of grapes, such as 40% Merlot, 30% Corvina, and 30% Croatina. It features intense aromas of red berries with spicy overtones, balanced with velvety tannins and a soft, round finish. This wine pairs well with red meat, game, or aged cheeses. The grapes are often left to dry for a month, which increases sugar concentration and enhances flavor.

Upshot Red Blend is characterized by juicy flavors of blackberry and dark cherries, complemented by spicy undertones and rounded tannins. It has a smooth, lingering finish that enhances its appeal. The wine presents a deep ruby red color, indicating its richness and depth. The blend typically includes varietals such as Malbec, Zinfandel, and others, contributing to its complex flavor profile.

Dense, and deeply complex red wine. Sourced from old, "gnarly" Barossa vines and aged for 12 months in French oak, this vintage benefited from a beautifully cool 2021 growing season. This resulted in an elegant, less unctuous fruity style that captured excellent critical acclaim across major publications. its massive body is balanced by a chewy texture, vibrant acidity, and powdery tannins that unfurl into a long, persistent finish rich with secondary notes of black licorice, Assam tea, sandalwood, and exotic spices.
